3. Vendor Responsibilities (For Business Owners)

By creating an account and listing your business on our platform, you agree that:

• You are operating in compliance with Singapore’s Housing & Development Board (HDB) or Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Home-Based Business Schemes.
• For F&B vendors, you must ensure strict adherence to the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety and hygiene guidelines for home preparation.
• All information, images, and menu/service items uploaded to your profile must be accurate, legal, and non-infringing on third-party copyrights.

4. Limitation of Liability

SGHBB.Directory is not responsible for any transactions, disputes, food safety issues, or quality service discrepancies that occur between users and listed vendors. Any arrangements made are strictly between the consumer and the business owner.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or permanently delete any listing or vendor account that violates local Singapore laws, receives repeated verified user complaints, or misrepresents their operations.
